After brushing your teeth, apply a small amount of gel directly to the gums up to 3 to 5 times a day. Before application, carefully dry the application area with a clean cotton swab to help the gel remain in place. Avoid eating or drinking for approximately 20 minutes after application. No rinsing is required. Use only as directed.
